What is the refund or exchange policy?

Can I return the goods for an exchange or refund? YES

The Resin Art Studio is happy to accept returns of unworn and undamaged products for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date.

However, we would like to have the opportunity to resolve your issue before returning or exchanging so please contact us via email with your details and we will endeavour to resolve your concerns.

Prior to receiving a refund, the item/s will need to be received by The Resin Art Studio with the original purchase order number and details. We do not reimburse the cost of the return postage unless the item is proven to be faulty. On items returned for exchange we offer free postage to send back the exchanged item.

What are the delivery charges for orders from our online shop?

Most products have free delivery for orders in Australia. Products with a delivery charge are the Charcuterie Boards due to the size and weight.

What payment methods are accepted in our online store?

Payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and Paypal. All are secure payment systems.

How long will delivery take?

For orders in stock the item/s will be sent the next day (on weekdays). I use Australia Post Express Post or Satchel and Sendle Couriers for Sydney Metro. Time to receive will depend on your location in Australia. Items that are made to order can take 1 month from order to delivery.

How secure is shopping in the online Shop? Is my data protected?

Data is protected in WordPress and will not be shared with any third party companies. The data remains property of The Resin Art Studio.

What exactly happens after ordering?

An order will be generated and processed as soon as possible. All items will be packaged for protection and sent next day (on weekdays).

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A invoice should be generated and sent after payment via email.
